Delivery Policy
1. Cloud VPS Provisioning
Standard Cloud Virtual Private Servers (VPS) are provisioned instantly (within 1 to 5 minutes) upon successful payment verification. Access credentials, IP assignments, and web VNC console access are delivered automatically via email and WHMCS client portal.
2. Dedicated Servers Delivery
Standard in-stock dedicated servers are assembled, tested, OS-installed, and handed over within 1 to 24 hours. Custom hardware configurations (e.g. specialized SAN storage arrays, custom BGP routing, multi-NIC private LANs) are provisioned within 24 to 72 business hours with continuous updates from your assigned engineer.
3. Delivery Confirmation
All delivered services include full root access credentials, IPMI management credentials, reverse DNS (PTR) controls, and monitoring links.
