Refund Policy
1. VPS Services (7-Day Money Back Guarantee)
We provide a 7-day money-back guarantee on all standard Cloud VPS packages for first-time customers. If you are unsatisfied with the server performance or network stability, you may request a refund within 7 days of initial provisioning.
2. Dedicated Servers
Due to the custom hardware racking, dedicated port provisioning, and setup labor involved, setup fees and recurring fees for Dedicated Bare-Metal Servers are non-refundable once the physical hardware has been mounted and delivered.
3. Request Procedure
To request a refund, submit a billing ticket through our Client Area at op.pqcservice.net. Refunds are processed back to the original payment source within 3-5 business days.
