Acceptable Usage Policy (AUP)

1. Prohibited Activities

To protect the stability, reputation, and performance of our network infrastructure and other clients, the following activities are strictly forbidden on all PQC Service servers:

• Unsolicited Bulk Email (SPAM) and mail harvesting schemes.
• Outbound Denial of Service (DDoS/DoS) attacks and packet flood generators.
• Unauthorized port scanning, network intrusion attempts, and vulnerability exploitation.
• Hosting malware, botnet C&C nodes, phishing mirrors, and ransomware.
• Hosting illicit, abusive, or copyrighted materials without proper rights.

2. Abuse Investigation & Handling

If a valid abuse report or network security alert is received regarding a client server, PQC Service security team will notify the account owner via the ticket system with a remediation deadline. Severe malicious activity threatening network integrity may result in immediate isolation.

3. Network Resource Usage

Our unmetered ports (1 Gbps / 10 Gbps) are dedicated. Clients may utilize full bandwidth capacity continuously in accordance with honest server workloads.
